The ReConstruct Narrative

Advancing EU Housing Strategies: Affordability, Sustainability and Quality

ReConstruct draws on extensive experience rethinking the built environment to identify practical pathways to affordable, sustainable, high-quality housing.

These targets cannot be addressed effectively through isolated measures for construction materials, energy use or building regulations. ReConstruct therefore advocates an integrated approach that assesses the performance, costs and benefits of buildings over their full life cycle.
