Stone-Ceramics industry association proposed that methods of CO\u2082 storage in mineral construction materials and components should also be recognized as permanent removals:<\/p><h3>For existing components<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accepting the re-carbonation of mineral components made of concrete, limestone, or lime plaster with CO\u2082 from the ambient air of the buildings, since in the EU ETS regime, the re-carbonation of mineral construction materials\/components is already recognized as a sink.<\/p><h3>For mineral building materials, rocks, and aggregates<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These materials can be deliberately and permanently loaded with CO\u2082 in special facilities and then installed in buildings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element
